This service allows you to exchange messages with ICQ users using your cell phone, without Internet service. Now the most popular service ICQ-SMS (momentary messages transfer service) is available on your cell phone. You can communicate with Russian and foreign ICQ users without computer, and:

• exchange messages with ICQ users
• add ICQ users into your phone address book
• have personal contact list
• get information about online or offline status of ICQ users
• change your own online status
• ignore the ICQ messages from certain users, or all users, not being in your contact list.

If you want to use ICQ through SMS service, you should be registered as ICQ user and you have to activate SMS via Internet service. “ICQ through SMS” service allows you to exchange messages with ICQ users using your cell phone, without Internet service. Instructions:

• You have to register your own ICQ number on the server, sending a message with the following text: “login password” to number 2011#, where password is your ICQ password, and # is your ICQ number. For example, if your ICQ number is 345552, and password is qwerty, you should send SMS “login qwerty” to number 2011345552. After that you would get the message: “Service profile: UIN=345552, password=qwerty”
• To get online ICQ status you have to send the message “login” to number 2011.
• To send a message to the recipient, compose SMS with message text “Hello” and send it to the number 2011#, where # is ICQ number of the recipient.
• To change your status, send message “status away” to the number 2011.
• To log out ICQ service, send message “logout” to the number 2011.

Only all outgoing messages to the number 2011# (where # is ICQ number) are charged.

Outgoing ICQ message cost is equal to outgoing SMS message cost.
