Your account balance is coming to the end or over, but at the moment you do not have opportunity to replenish it. Our new service “Promised payment” would help you. You perform the “Promised payment”, so you “promise” company to replenish your balance later. During 2 days, you should replenish your balance to the amount you’ve promised. The amount of “promised payment” should not exceed the average sum of your payments during last 5 months.

- You can get the credit independently via any of the following ways:

1. Send SMS to short number 2008 with: «credit amount»

2. Enter USSD command:
*2008*«credit amount»# and press call button.
- To know about your maximum amount you can dial on your cell phone: *2008#

- Note:

If your serviced number is deactivated because of debt, you must use the 2nd way.
If you do not replenish your balance during 2 days, your serviced number would be deactivated and the service would be disabled and cannot be enabled independently anymore.
