Tariff plan changing by USSD/SMS:

Changing without password is possible provided that the tariff plan with no monthly fee is changed by tariff plan with no monthly fee. In other cases, password is required.

In other cases, tariff plan changing procedure remained the same.

To register the password you need to key in *2004#3*<PIN1>*<password>*# and press call button!

In detail:

1. If you want to change tariff plan with no monthly fee to tariff plan with monthly fee (with prepaid time and data transfer traffic), the change would be planned to the first day of next calendar month. If immediate change is required, you can apply Call Center or Customer Service Department of company.

2. If you want to change the tariff plan with monthly fee (with prepaid time and data transfer traffic) to the tariff plan without monthly fee, the change would be planned to the first day of next calendar month. If immediate change is required, you can apply Call Center or Customer Service Department of company.

3. If you want to change tariff plan with no monthly fee to the tariff plan  with no monthly fee, it would be changed with immediate effect.

4. “Favorite numbers” are deleted, if they are not requested under new tariff plan.

5. Tariff plan change costs 0.118 s.u. VAT included

6. It is charged immediately after sending the command for changing of tariff plan.
