“Favorite numbers” service allows subscribers of “Usual” and “Special” tariff plans to make outgoing calls to “favorite numbers” at a discount of 50%.
Subscribers can set up to 6 favorite numbers. “Favorite number” can be: “Babilon-Mobile” number, any mobile operator number in Tajikistan, and any fixed line communication services operator number  in Tajikistan.

To add a “favorite number” you should”:

1. To dial on the phone USSD command *2009#favorite number#. To add 2 or more “favorite numbers” you should send respective number of USSD commands.
2. Using SMS:
Send SMS message to number 2009 with number of subscriber you want to add to “favorite numbers”. For example: 918xxxxxx to number 2009.
To add 2 or more “Favorite numbers” you should send respective number of SMS requests.

To change one “favorite number” to another you need to:

1. Dial USSD command *2009#old favorite number#new favorite number#
2. Using SMS:
Send SMS message to number 2009 with: old favorite number [space] new favorite number

You can add or change “favorite number” through ISSM:

1. Visit link: https://iscs.babilon-m.tj/
2. Enter number, password, and press “Enter system” button.
3. Find “Favorite numbers” in service list and follow the provided instructions.

Notes:
1. The subscribers serviced under “Usual” and “Special” tariff plans can use “Favorite numbers” service.
2. According tariff plan “Usual”, the discount for “Favorite numbers” is applied once the free minutes finish.
3. While calling to “Favorite number” it is applied the discount of 50% of cost, and no any other discounts are applied. 
4. One USSD command or one SMS request can add only one “Favorite number”

Cost:
- No any other monthly fee
- Adding or changing “Favorite number” costs 0.50 s.u. VAT excluded.
- SMS message to number 2009 is paid according to your tariff plan.
